Account Manager Role Overview:
As a skilled Account Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT service and consulting clients. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment between client IT and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients to deliver exceptional service and support.
- Manage client onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations effectively.
- Collaborate closely with technical consultants and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.
- Understand clients' technology roadmaps and business challenges to position our IT solutions strategically.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure commercial terms are met.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging IT industry trends and competitor offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Management, or similar roles within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
