Senior ETL Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior ETL Developer to join our development team.

This role will involve designing, configuring, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting system and application programs while ensuring adherence to the company's software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy ETL solutions following the company's software development lifecycle.
  • Prepare technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents.
  • Review functional requirements, analysis, and design documentation to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure quality and consistency in deliverables.
  • Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews to maintain best practices.
  • Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation for ongoing support and future enhancements.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, optimized for performance, and compliant with organizational standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6–7 years of professional experience in software development or data integration roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Informatica IDMC.
  • Advanced PL/SQL programming skills.
  • Experience with Snowflake cloud data warehouse.
  • Strong understanding of ETL design patterns, performance tuning, and data modeling concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
