Junior Architect Job Overview

This pivotal role requires a unique blend of creativity, technical skills, and effective communication.

As a junior member of our architectural team, you will be responsible for contributing to the design and development of projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend key project meetings to communicate and coordinate with client teams, representatives, and engineers as directed by the project manager and seniors.
  • Analyse architectural designs and plans, preparing building sections, elevation options, schedules, and other design documents required for each phase of a project.
  • Contribute to concept design, furniture design, finishing details with detailed drawings for show and sample flats, developing presentation and mood boards in consultation with seniors.
  • C-coordinate interfaces between the Engineering team and the Project Management team, ensuring effective transfer of information between the two.
  • Assist in research and coordination of materials and products, as per project's amenity and specifications.
Requirements:
  • Good presentation and communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a highly creative individual.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to think and create in three dimensions.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
