Landscape Design Project Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Design Project Lead to lead and manage landscape design projects from concept to completion. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions that enhance the quality of life for occupants and meet project goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead landscape design projects from concept to completion for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
  • Guide the aesthetic and technical development of assigned projects
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
  • Manage client and stakeholder expectations
  • Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and other professionals
  • Direct junior team members in the design of assigned projects
  • Demonstrate expertise in landscape drawing production techniques and BoM's
  • Monitor project timeliness and budget
  • Track percentage completion of projects based on project delivery and batches
  • Identify instances of design flaws or failures during or after project completion
  • Implement innovative technologies and sustainable practices in design

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in landscape architecture from a reputable institution
  • 5+ years of experience in landscape design or architecture
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects
