Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 12 professionals across controlling, governance, and audit, driving collaboration and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategic cost-reduction initiatives to enhance profitability.
  • Serve as a trusted commercial finance partner to cross-functional teams, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Enhance and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for informed decision-making.
  • Bolster analysis SOPs for transparent business insights, incorporating cause/effect variables in post-mortem analyses.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for controlling and audit functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • At least 14 years of experience in finance, with a focus on asset-heavy businesses.
  • Prior experience managing and leading teams, particularly in B2C or consumer industries.
  • Hyper-scale experience is advantageous, alongside exceptional attention to detail and numerical acumen.
