One of our early-stage Consumer portfolio companies is looking for a CFO to join the business and serve as their finance leader as they go through their next phase of growth.ResponsibilitiesManage and drive a team of 12 across controlling, governance, and auditDrive cost-optimization and profitability missions across the businessServe as a commercial finance business partner to the Founders and all the different teams in the businessEnhance and manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processBuild out strong analysis SOPs to drive transparent and clear business insightsPerform postmortems to assess variance analysis and cause/effect variablesMaintain high-quality hygiene for the controlling and audit functionsQualificationsAt least 14 to 15 years of experience in financePrior experience seeing an asset and operations heavy business is criticalSomeone who has seen hyper-scale would be an advantagePrior experience managing and leading a teamPrior experience in a B2 C, consumer, or travel-tech business would be an advantageSomeone who is extremely detail-oriented with a deep focus on numbersPlease apply to this role directly on.
