One of our early-stage B2 C portfolio companies is looking for a Head of Finance to join the business in a business critical role.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of 10 across the full-spectrum of financeBuild and implement strong financial controls and processes for the business with a close eye on manufacturing cost and OPEX Drive clean statutory reporting, month-end closing, and accountingServe as a key finance business partner to the founding team to drive performance and profitabilityManage budgeting, forecasting, and business planningManage financial and investor reportingQualificationsAt least 8 to 10 years of experiencePrior experience working in a FMCG/Consumer goods startup is criticalPrior experience managing a finance team is criticalSomeone who can work independentlyPlease apply to this role directly on.
