Finance Leader for Consumer Portfolio

Drive Business Growth and Profitability as a Senior Finance Leader.
- Job Description:
- We seek an experienced CFO to join our consumer portfolio. As a finance leader, you will play a critical role in driving growth and profitability across the business.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive a team of 12 across controlling, governance, and audit.
- Drive cost-optimization and profitability missions across the business.
- Serve as a commercial finance business partner to the Founders and all the different teams in the business.
- Enhance and manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning process.
- Build out strong analysis SOPs to drive transparent and clear business insights.
- Perform postmortems to assess variance analysis and cause/effect variables.
- Maintain high-quality hygiene for the controlling and audit functions.
Qualifications:
- At least 14 to 15 years of experience in finance.
- Prior experience seeing an asset and operations heavy business is critical.
- Someone who has seen hyper-scale would be an advantage.
- Prior experience managing and leading a team.
- Prior experience in a B2 C, consumer, or travel-tech business would be an advantage.
- Someone who is extremely detail-oriented with a deep focus on numbers.
