Senior Performance Test Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Performance Test Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Senior Performance Test Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end performance testing for online banking applications. You will collaborate with teams to define performance requirements, design and implement test scripts (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling), analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance testing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of performance testing into the development lifecycle.
  • Design and implement automated test scripts using JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in performance testing, with a strong focus on senior/lead roles.
  • Expertise in BFSI/online banking domain, with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, or Gatling, with experience in scripting languages like Java, Groovy, Python, or Shell.
  • Knowledge of APM tools, including Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and New Relic.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
