Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Product Launch Expert to drive the successful introduction of new products into our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate engineering requirements into procurement and production specifications.
  • Develop and maintain assembly documentation, including SOPs and APBs.
  • Manage Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes, ensuring timely implementation and closure.
  • Create and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) for all products, establishing part numbers for components.
  • Maintain End-of-Life (EOL) status records, planning accordingly.
  • Monitor component obsolescence, particularly electrical items, and alert the engineering team when necessary.
  • Coordinate development projects from prototype to mass production phases within the organization and with OEM partners.
  • Verify release of NPI specifics information/documents in JIRA/Confluence.
  • Ensure data integrity within JIRA/Confluence, making it available to OEM partners.
  • Support ISO audits, maintaining compliance with relevant standards.
  • Lead pilot builds, resolve issues promptly, and establish repeatable processes for production scaling.
  • Collaborate with product, design, supply chain, vendor, and manufacturing teams for seamless product launches.
  • Foster strong partnerships with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of product certification requirements such as EN, FCC, CE, and PESO.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. At least 5 years of experience in NPI / Manufacturing / Program Management.
  2. Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing processes, and quality standards.
  3. Proven experience working with vendors, contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Production Engineering.
