About the Role

As a Data and Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for shaping our data strategy and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, integrate data across systems, and support data-driven initiatives.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a passion for data management and reporting. If you have a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the financial services industry, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data infrastructure to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
  • Provide training and development to enhance the team's skills in data management and reporting.
  • Oversee the creation of dashboards and reports to deliver key insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, integrate data across systems, and support data-driven initiatives.
  • Maintain and improve our data infrastructure to support scalability and data accessibility.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in data management and reporting with at least some in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (STEM).
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL, and data warehousing solutions.
  • Analytical skills and a strategic mindset to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
