Senior Data Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of our data infrastructure, collaborating with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements, and delivering high-quality datasets.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, Develop, and Maintain Scalable Data Pipelines
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists and Analysts
  • Optimize and Tune Existing Data Processing Workflows
  • Implement Data Governance and Quality Assurance Measures
  • Monitor and Troubleshoot Data Pipelines

Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in data engineering or related fields
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala
  • Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra)
  • Experience with data warehousing solutions and tools (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery)
  • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services
  • Understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance principles
