Established professionals with a proven track record in training and development are required to drive growth through employee upskilling. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs that cater to diverse needs.

About the Opportunity

This is an individual contributor role where you will work autonomously to identify training needs, develop curriculum, and ensure alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with leadership to deliver on upskilling goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess training requirements through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers.
  • Develop and deliver effective training programs and materials for employees at all levels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
  • Track training participation and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Masters / Post Graduate Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
  • Understanding of eCommerce and cross border trade space.
  • Certification in training or development.
  • Experience in retail or large-scale operations.
