BIM Project Coordinator

Description:

This is a senior role for an experienced BIM Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the field, working with large construction projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the project team in adhering to the BIM Implementation Plan (BIP). This includes coordinating model submittals and ensuring that all models are up-to-date and reflect as-built conditions for submission.

The selected individual will also assist in delivering client BIM requirements for Architectural and Structural services. They will perform quality assurance and control on Autodesk Revit models and prepare drawing packages.

A strong technical capability of BIM LOD 300 is required, with knowledge of 400 and 500. The ideal candidate will be able to coordinate and develop designs through BIM processes such as 5D/4D.

Key responsibilities include managing 3D models, reviewing model quality and technical content, including clash detection and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan. Additionally, they will analyze models provided by Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.

Technical skills required include proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Dynamo, and Recap.
