Job Summary

As a skilled data professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's data landscape. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Eliciting and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Designing and implementing logical and physical data models that meet agreed standards.
  • Collaborating with IT teams to deliver reconciliation solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis (4-8 years).
  • Financial domain knowledge and data analysis skills, including requirement gathering, elicitation, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and database designing.
  • A good understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships.

Preferred skills include SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, Visual Paradigm, and comprehensive understanding of Data Modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical).
