About Our Team Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to spearhead our Developer Productivity / Platform Engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of internal tools and platforms that optimize CI/CD, testing frameworks, and infrastructure automation.
  • Drive the adoption of cloud-native solutions (Kubernetes, AWS, ephemeral environments, service monitoring tools) and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering leaders to align developer experience initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Champion best practices around continuous delivery, developer efficiency, and operational excellence.
  • Mentor engineers, foster innovation, and build a culture of experimentation and learning.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in software engineering with at least 3 years in platform/dev productivity roles.
  • Strong expertise in Kubernetes, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Spinnaker/Jenkins/ArgoCD, IaC.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks, dynamic test selection, code quality gates.
  • Strong coding skills in Go, Python, or Java (Go preferred for tooling/frameworks).
  • Experience designing ephemeral environments, monitoring/observability tools.
  • Proven track record of leading small teams, mentoring engineers, and driving large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong communication and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
