Job Title: Service Management Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Service Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow/BMC and ITIL processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2 / L3-level support for Service Management (MIM) in a mission-critical banking environment.
- Ensure compliance with local banking regulator requirements.
- Operate under ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem/Knowledge).
- Troubleshoot incidents, manage approved changes, and participate in DR/BCP drills.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Service Management (L2) or 8+ years (L3).
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow/BMC and ITIL processes.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
