As the trusted right-hand person to the Site Manager, you'll perform routine site inspections to ensure all building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained. Key aspects of this role include:

  • Monitoring of Housekeeping related activities
  • Ensuring tickets are closed consistently and in line with requests received from the user
  • Responding to user inquiries and concerns promptly and with courtesy and enthusiasm
  • Building relationships by engaging clients in genuine, personable conversations
  • Creating WOW experiences by anticipating client needs and seizing the moment
  • Arranging all consumables and supplies for clients and any visits
  • Preparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports
  • Interacting with the service & supply vendors
  • Undertaking daily facility rounds and finding out snags and raising and following up for closure with the M&E Team and updating the closure reports
  • Effectively managing service provider teams to ensure an on-time deliverable system
  • Routinely inspecting all services to ensure performance measures are being maintained and making the service scorecards

Client/Stakeholder Management

  • Proactively engaging stakeholders to ensure that on-site client expectations are met through high levels of customer service
  • Building and developing effective client/stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organization
  • Proactively understanding customers/employees' needs and acting on them before being requested
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping of the facility
  • Improving the office aesthetics and operations as per need
  • Handling billing and invoicing
  • Adhering to the monthly forecast
  • All invoices received from our vendors will also be on your watch—ensuring that they are checked, verified, and authenticated based on regulatory standards
  • Working on getting quotations as per site need
  • Sharing indents for monthly material supply
  • Zero stock-out situations
  • Collecting all documents from the vendor for compliance audit
  • Developing interesting & fun user engagement activities
