Senior Enterprise Application Manager

We are seeking an experienced senior enterprise application manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of corporate applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms such as Darwinbox, SAP Treasury, and strong exposure to regulatory interactions.

The role demands excellent vendor and budget management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of corporate applications from development to deployment.
  • Ensure optimal performance, availability, and scalability of platforms like Darwinbox, SAP Treasury.
  • Ability to support integration of COTS, BESPOKE & Cloud Native applications.
  • Experience towards Cloud Platform – AZURE & AWS.
  • Knowledge of AI & Agentic AI application use cases.
  • Evaluate and develop new applications.
  • Liaise with external regulators such as UIDAI and Aadhaar authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory standards.
  • Support IFRS-related application changes and enhancements.
  • Drive application upgrades, CRs, and integration projects.
  • Lead resolution of application-related incidents.
  • Ensure adherence to internal ITIL processes for change, incident, and problem management.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.
  • Track and optimize application budgets and licensing costs.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Maintain application documentation, SOPs, and compliance records.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on application health, risks, and roadmap.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certifications in ITIL, SAP, or relevant platforms preferred.
