This is an exciting opportunity to work as a ServiceNow Technical Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical services and solutions to our clients.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow professional who can configure and customize the ServiceNow CSM module, including workflows, UI actions, and business rules. You will also be responsible for building and managing client scripts, UI policies, pages, and ACLs. Additionally, you will integrate ServiceNow with third-party enterprise apps using SOAP & REST APIs.

You will optimize Agent Workspace and configure Virtual Agent/Chat capabilities. Furthermore, you will drive Service Portal enhancements using NOW Experience UI Framework. You will also support OpenFrame/CTI integrations and JMS technologies.

Key responsibilities include ensuring global compatibility via internationalization (i18n) configurations, leading and troubleshooting performance integrations with monitoring tools, providing technical support for Incident, Problem, and Change Management, and collaborating during instance upgrades and patching cycles.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need strong command over ServiceNow CSM module and Service Portal, proficient in JavaScript, workflows, client/server scripts, and business rules. Hands-on experience with API integrations (SOAP/REST) is also required. Working knowledge of NOW Experience UI Framework, OpenFrame, JMS is necessary.

You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a ServiceNow support or implementation role. Familiarity with patching and upgrade processes is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or related field is also desired. Bonus certifications CSA, CAD, CIS-CSM are beneficial.

As a ServiceNow Technical Specialist, you must possess analytical mindset to identify system gaps and enhance service delivery. Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential. Proven ability to manage high-volume integrations and performance optimization is required.
