We are seeking a skilled Workspace Designer to create functional and well-designed environments. As an experienced Lead Architect, you will be responsible for transforming interior spaces into visually appealing and efficient workspaces.

Your ability to combine artistic flair with technical expertise is essential in this role. You will lead a team, think creatively, collaborate with clients, project managers, and architects to design and deliver workspaces that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, analyze workspace requirements, develop actionable plans, manage client expectations, and address issues promptly.
  • Conceptual Design: Formulate innovative conceptual proposals integrating space planning, color schemes, furniture selections, and sustainable material choices. Craft compelling mood boards, 3D renderings, and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Space Planning and Layout: Devise efficient space plans, accounting for workflow optimization, ergonomic principles, and alignment with client cultural ethos. Leverage space utilization strategies to enhance productivity and foster a cohesive work culture.
  • Material Selection and Specification: Curate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with envisioned aesthetic while meeting stringent functional criteria. Ensure adherence to safety and sustainability standards, integrating eco-conscious choices that resonate with contemporary environmental imperatives and client values.
  • Budget Management: Create project budgets and timelines, work within budget constraints, source and procure materials and furnishings, and enhance financial performance by optimizing design solutions.
  • Project Documentation: Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and permitting purposes. Maintain accurate project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Build and nurture a high-performing team, foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development, ensure team alignment to organization's culture, and consistently raise the bar of performance.
  • Quality Control: Conduct site visits and assessments, gather essential information about existing spaces and conditions, conduct regular site inspections to ensure design implementation meets quality standards.
