Interior Designer

The role of an Interior Designer is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a unique blend of creativity and technical skills.

  • To drive success in this role, you should possess excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with clients.
  • You should be confident communicating regularly with clients in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust your approach based on feedback.
About the Role

This is a highly visible role within the company where you will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality design solutions.

  • Your main responsibility will be to lead and own the quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  • You will also be expected to maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best idea for clients.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Deal Closure by working closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies to close deals.
  2. Own Customer Experience during a project by ensuring that all design deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
  3. Lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables.
  4. Own an end-to-end Project lifecycle from concept to completion.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in interior design with a minimum of 6 months' experience as an Interior Designer.
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools including PPT presentation, AutoCAD and other relevant software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A results-driven individual with a high degree of willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
