Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Experience Lead Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design process from discovery to delivery, creating intuitive and inclusive user experiences that align with business goals.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience designing digital experiences across responsive web and mobile platforms. Strong command of user-centered design principles and ability to map user goals to product flows is essential.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery for web and mobile platforms.
  • Create intuitive, inclusive, and scalable user experiences that align with business goals.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that are both functional and visually compelling.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience designing for enterprise SaaS platforms or workflow-intensive systems.
  • Familiarity with building or contributing to design systems and reusable UI libraries.
