We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our revolutionary communication platform. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and secure experiences that meet the evolving needs of our global user base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX/UI Design: Develop and implement design strategies across mobile, web, and dashboard applications to ensure seamless user interactions.
  • Simplify Flows: Streamline complex processes and eliminate friction points to enhance user engagement and retention.
  • Translate AI Features into Usable Interfaces: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate cutting-edge AI technology into beautiful, user-centered designs.
  • Build and Evolve Design Systems: Establish and maintain design systems, UI kits, and reusable components to promote consistency and efficiency across the organization.
  • Design for Multiple Stakeholders: Craft experiences that cater to both B2C and B2B users, ensuring that our platform meets the diverse needs of our global customer base.
  • Rapid Prototyping and Testing: Utilize tools like Figma, Framer, and Adobe CC to quickly prototype and test concepts, ensuring that our designs are grounded in user feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, AI/ML, and marketing teams to drive innovation and ensure alignment across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably in startups/SaaS.
  • Proven track record of shipping successful B2C products (consumer apps at scale) and B2B platforms (dashboards, enterprise tools, telco/banking systems).
  • Expertise in Figma, FigJam, Framer, and Adobe CC.
  • Familiarity with motion/interaction prototyping tools (ProtoPie, Principle, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of UX tools (Hotjar) and principles.
