Chief Data Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing and maintaining all student-related data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update student records.
- Design and manage databases or student information systems tailored to the school's needs.
- Generate reports and dashboards on student performance and progression.
- Collaborate with faculty and administration to streamline data entry and documentation processes.
Responsibilities (continued):
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and institutional policies.
- Analyze academic data to identify trends and support decision-making for curriculum improvements.
- Assist with automation of routine reporting tasks and document management.
- Support the integration of various educational tools and platforms with the student data system.
Requirements:
- Experience with student information systems or learning management systems.
- Strong data management and database skills.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security practices related to student records.
- Ability to create clear reports and data visualizations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Good communication skills to liaise with faculty, administration and IT teams.
- Familiarity with academic grading systems and educational administration.
- Degree in M.Sc – IT, MCA, Data Analytics or related field preferred.
