About the Business Finance Leadership Role

As a seasoned business finance leader, you will be part of a high-performing team that thrives on solving complex business problems across various ecosystems.

  • Business Planning and Control: Translate strategic objectives into actionable financial targets and tactical plans to enable effective planning while applying sound budgeting and forecasting techniques.
  • Financial Modelling, Analysis, and Problem Root Causation: Demonstrate expert knowledge in financial models using simulation tools, business case development, financial analysis, scenario planning, and adapt industry best practices as applicable for organizational success.
  • Business & Stakeholder Management and Decision Making: Demonstrate ability to gain commitment and buy-in for strategies and programmes by demonstrating their impact on organizational results, conduct organization-wide presentations to ensure alignment with business strategies, shape information to management with insightful external and internal perspectives, and influence how business risks and opportunities are addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business planning and measurement control processes
  • Design and execute financial modelling, analysis, and problem root causation initiatives
  • Foster business and stakeholder relationships to drive decision making

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of senior-level business finance experience
  • Strong analytical rigour and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of leading high-performing teams
  • Proven ability to form strong collaborations with stakeholders
