Business Intelligence Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to design dashboards, analyze complex datasets, and deliver actionable insights.

This role combines technical skills with business problem-solving, giving you end-to-end ownership of BI projects. You will also gain exposure to cutting-edge BI innovations - AI-driven insights, advanced visualizations, and high-scale analytics - while helping businesses make smarter decisions.

Responsibilities
  1. Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  2. Design and build dashboards using industry-leading tools.
  3. Partner with business teams to translate requirements into actionable insights.
  4. Conduct business analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  5. Collaborate with product and client teams to enhance BI use cases.
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with BI/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
  • Proficiency in SQL (any database) and working knowledge of Python for data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
