Job Opportunity: Strategic Transactions Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the execution of complex M&A transactions.

  • Transaction Leadership: Oversee deal origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic guidance on potential M&A opportunities, corporate restructuring, divestitures, and capital raising.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Deal Structuring: Design deal structures that meet client objectives while maximizing value. Negotiate terms, pricing, and legal documentation.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, and other third-party advisors.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, client presentations, and deal execution.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA in Finance
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity raises, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in M&A transactions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

As a Strategic Transactions Executive, you will be responsible for leading deal teams, managing client relationships, and overseeing all aspects of transaction execution, from origination to closing.
