Global Export Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Global Export Manager to join our organization. This is a key role that will be responsible for driving our export business development and growth globally.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international business development, with a strong track record of handling RFQs, negotiating global contracts, and securing export deals.

  • 10-15 years of experience in international business development/export sales, with at least 5 years in the field.
  • A proven background in high-tech defence or manufacturing sectors (preferably counter-drone).
  • Experience in government and defence customer engagement across global regions.
  • Collaboration with Indian Defence Attachs, foreign delegations, and embassies.
  • Representing the organization at global trade shows and forums.
  • Executing high-value contracts, negotiations, and end-to-end export operations.
  • Leading competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and international regulatory compliance.
  • Proven global business strategy execution and government liaison skills.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management with DAs, MoDs, OEMs.
Requirements:

An MBA/PGDM in Marketing/International Business is preferred but not necessary.
