We are seeking an Influencer Partnership Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing influencer partnerships and possess strong organizational skills.

This is a remote, full-time role that offers flexibility and opportunities for professional growth.

Campaign Manager Responsibilities
  • Contracting: Share agreements with influencers and ensure signatures are collected quickly.
  • Onboarding: Send brand briefs and content checklists to influencers, confirm deliverables, usage rights, and agreed timelines.
  • Content Review: Collect concepts and drafts from influencers on schedule, check against briefs, send to brands for approval, and relay feedback within deadline windows.
  • Scheduling: Confirm go-live dates and ensure influencers stick to agreed posting timelines.
  • Invoicing: Collect influencer invoices once posting is confirmed, check against agreed rates and deliverables, and submit for timely processing.
  • Post Monitoring: Track live posts in real time, check quality and compliance.
  • Reporting: Collect and log post insights, compile into client-ready reports by set deadlines.
