Business Finance/FP&A Leader

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the company's budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare detailed forecasts of monthly, quarterly, and annual results, and recommend cost reduction strategies to improve profitability.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with senior management and department heads to ensure the company's operational priorities are aligned with its mission, vision, and objectives.
  • Business Partnerships: Lead business partnering support through analytics and drive strong relationships across the organization.
  • Performance Insights: Analyze actuals against forecasts and provide stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights on business performance.
  • Commercial Insight: Provide commercial insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly management information reports (MIS) with variance analysis.
  • Working Capital Management: Manage working capital for the Group.
  • Solution Development: Identify and understand business challenges, propose, and create solutions to improve business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree in business administration in finance from a top business school or CA.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in managing a similar role.
  • Skills: Clear understanding and knowledge of sales and revenue drivers, exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills, interpersonal communication, and team management.
