Job Title: Finance Leader

We are seeking a results-driven finance leader to drive financial strategy, performance tracking, and decision-making across our business.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Create and deliver high-quality financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support strategic planning, investment analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Drive financial modeling and forecasting to optimize resource allocation and enhance business outcomes.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in finance leadership, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and planning tools, including Excel and Anaplan.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving financial processes, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
