Quantitative Aptitude Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantitative Aptitude Specialist to deliver expert training sessions on mathematical problem-solving, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. The role involves preparing students for competitive exams and enhancing their overall problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to improve students' problem-solving skills.
  • Create lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests to evaluate students' performance and provide personalized feedback.
  • Mentor students to improve speed and accuracy in problem-solving through one-on-one mentorship and doubt-clearing sessions.
  • Monitor students' progress through assessments and share feedback to help them improve.
  • Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, question trends, and training methodologies to ensure students receive the best training possible.
  • Collaborate with the training team to ensure students are placement-ready.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • A strong command over quantitative aptitude, reasoning, and English language is essential to effectively train students.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to simplify complex concepts and make sessions interactive.
  • A problem-solving mindset with patience is required to mentor diverse learners and provide personalized support.
  • Familiarity with competitive exams such as CAT, GRE, GMAT, Banking, SSC, Campus Placements, etc. is an advantage but not mandatory.

Qualification & Experience:

  • A Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a Quantitative Aptitude Specialist/Faculty/Coach is preferred but freshers with strong aptitude and teaching skills may also be considered.
