Job Title: Cash Flow Coordinator

A skilled and detail-oriented individual is sought after to oversee client invoicing, payments, and reporting. As a Cash Flow Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client receivables, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate collections. They will also be able to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple clients simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Billing & Invoicing:
    • Generate and distribute client invoices accurately and in compliance with company policies.
    • Review customer statements and bills for accuracy and consistency in financial records.
  • Payment Processing & Account Management:
    • Process and record incoming payments, applying them to the correct accounts.
    • Monitor and track overdue accounts, following up with clients for timely collections.
    • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing issues professionally.
  • Reporting & Reconciliation:
    • Prepare accounts receivable reports, including aging analysis and collection activities.
    • Process account adjustments, issue credit memos, and support reconciliations with other departments.
    • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Cash Flow Management:
    • Maintain organized and confidential records of invoices, receipts, and correspondence.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial regulations.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance overall efficiency.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, resolving disputes and ensuring swift resolution.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, is mandatory.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Individuals with a degree in Accounting or a related field are preferred.
  • Foreign-trained accountants with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home office environment.
