We're looking for a skilled engineer to design and build cutting-edge AI systems that drive business growth. This role involves developing end-to-end pipelines, architecting scalable infrastructure, and experimenting with innovative technologies.

What You'll Do

  • Design & Build AI Systems: Develop comprehensive AI solutions from data ingestion to deployment, ensuring seamless integration with live products.
  • Engineer Scalable Infrastructure: Architect APIs, microservices, and data systems that meet the needs of rapidly evolving businesses.
  • Experiment & Ship: Prototype generative AI tools, retrieval-augmented generation systems, and autonomous agents, then deploy them into production.
  • Full-Stack Thinking: Move fluidly between model work, backend engineering, and systems design, delivering exceptional results across the board.
  • Collaborate Across Ventures: Work closely with product managers, designers, and founders to bring new AI-powered ventures to life.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong Programming Background: Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or similar languages, along with deep comfort with software engineering best practices.
  • Experience with ML/AI Frameworks: Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and other leading frameworks.
  • Data Engineering & Databases: Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, vector DBs like Pinecone/Weaviate, and cloud storage.
  • MLOps and Deployment: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, and other deployment tools.
  • Multi-Modal Systems: Hands-on exposure to text, voice, vision, and other modalities.
  • Builder's Mindset: Comfortable taking ownership from zero-to-one, with a passion for building innovative solutions.
  • Previous Experience: Background in startups or venture studios, with a strong understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape.
