We're seeking a Supply Chain Strategist to architect and scale Tavira's supply chain.

You'll oversee the end-to-end Tavira supply ecosystem: from fabric sourcing and vendor partnerships to demand planning, inventory, and distribution.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing supply chain strategies for Tavira's growth
  • Establishing a robust network of vendors and manufacturers
  • Demand and inventory planning for seamless collection rollouts
  • Implementing systems for sourcing, procurement, production tracking, and logistics
  • Hiring, mentoring, and leading a high-performing Tavira Supply team

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or production, with a strong foundation in education and prior experience in sourcing and supply chain management.

Leadership skills to build teams, negotiate partnerships, and drive execution are essential. Willingness to travel extensively is also required.
