  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform Supplier Quality Improvement Activities to drive supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Evaluate and assess suppliers based on their quality systems, processes, and products.
  • Prepare Components Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Inspect components at supplier end to ensure quality and conformance to specifications.
  • Liaise with third-party agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure availability of quality documentation as per QAP.
  • Conduct supplier's quality system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Arrange in-process inspections of components at supplier end to ensure quality and conformance to specifications.
  • Ensure APQP documents for proto parts are available and up-to-date.
  • Act as a CFT member for proto development to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure availability of Product Development Test (PDT) and Technical Certificate (TC) for developed parts.
  • Have knowledge of material standards and understanding of design and drawings.
  • Have knowledge of manufacturing processes such as fabrication, welding, machining, sheet metal, heat treatment, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
