About the Role

  • This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and identify opportunities to enhance ROI across multiple marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret complex data from various sources, including digital campaigns, CRM, web analytics, and other relevant systems.
  • Create actionable dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and customer behavior, ensuring accurate data insights for informed business decisions.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform marketing strategy and drive business objectives forward.
  • Develop predictive models and segmentation strategies to enhance targeting and personalization efforts.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance continuously, providing data-backed recommendations to maximize ROI.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy, hygiene, and compliance with organizational best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging analytical tools, marketing technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation and improvement.

Qualifications & Skills Needed

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Engineering, Technology, Statistics, or Mathematics.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing-focused environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Python, R, or Excel, and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and CRM systems, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or HubSpot.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills with data, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and deliver actionable insights within tight deadlines.
