This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a challenging role that requires a deep understanding of legal agreements and policies.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Consultancy Agreements.
  • Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Draft and revise internal company policies, employee handbooks, and compliance protocols in alignment with current laws and best practices.
  • Draft legal notices and respond to queries or notices from statutory and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to stakeholders on issues involving regulatory and statutory compliance.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on corporate, commercial, and technology law issues.
  • Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Exposure to corporate restructuring, venture capital transactions, and startup ecosystem legalities.
  • A strong understanding of Indian Contract Act, Companies Act, and data protection laws.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • An attention to detail, organisational ability, and a sense of ownership.
