We are seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join our global legal team. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and receive high-quality legal training.

The successful candidate will support our corporate team on US law-related matters, including Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate finance, venture capital, fund formation, and commercial transactions.

Requirements:

  • A qualified advocate with at least 1 year of PQE experience.
  • An LLB or equivalent degree from a national law school (or equivalent) with top 20% ranking in their batch.
  • Previous experience with a tier-1 corporate law firm in India in M&A, Private Equity, or General Corporate practice.
  • The ability to evaluate complex legal issues, provide solutions in simple English, and synthesize large volumes of information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, analytical, and consultation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and drafting skills.

Shortlisted applicants will be required to provide references, recommendations, and complete a brief writing assignment along with multiple interviews.
