Workshop Manager Role

This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest quality in workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: We require a candidate who can effectively handle customer complaints, resolve problems efficiently, and provide adequate training to end-users for optimal system performance.
  • Resolve warranty customer complaints on time as per set targets.
  • Provide proactive services to customers as scheduled.
  • Maintain sufficient spare levels at each service station to attend to immediate services.
  • Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and implement necessary corrective actions.
Upselling and Revenue Growth:
  • Ensure repeat business by upselling products and services generating revenue from existing customers as per set targets.
  • Generate new service business opportunities.
Customer Feedback and Quality:
  • Collect and act on customer feedback during Performance Monitoring System reviews.
  • Ensure all safety regulations are followed during service-related work.
Team Leadership:

Lead and develop a team of skilled service engineers to improve workshop efficiency and productivity.
