This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest quality in workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: We require a candidate who can effectively handle customer complaints, resolve problems efficiently, and provide adequate training to end-users for optimal system performance.
- Resolve warranty customer complaints on time as per set targets.
- Provide proactive services to customers as scheduled.
- Maintain sufficient spare levels at each service station to attend to immediate services.
- Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure repeat business by upselling products and services generating revenue from existing customers as per set targets.
- Generate new service business opportunities.
- Collect and act on customer feedback during Performance Monitoring System reviews.
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed during service-related work.
Lead and develop a team of skilled service engineers to improve workshop efficiency and productivity.
