As a key member of our team, you will lead cross-functional collaboration to drive project execution with Agile best practices: track progress, identify risks, resolve blockers, and communicate updates to leadership.

  • Gather requirements, manage product backlogs, and prioritize user stories with pathology and laboratory teams.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and implementation.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

Key qualifications include:

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Scrum Master roles in healthcare IT.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).

Preferred qualifications include experience in digital pathology workflows and systems, prior involvement in healthcare system integrations, interoperability standards, and technical familiarity with laboratory or imaging systems.
