Electronics Expert Wanted

We are looking for a skilled Electronics Expert to join our project team. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in high-speed electronics and communications engineering, with a strong background in complex component density design.


Responsibilities:

    1. Design and develop high-speed boards with intricate electronic components

    2. Collaborate on full product development cycles from concept to manufacturing

    3. Utilize advanced tools like Orcad Capture/Concept HDL (Cadence Allegro V17.2 or higher) for design and simulation

    4. Train junior engineers in electronic design and validation techniques

    5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery

    6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve design efficiency and quality

    7. Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans

    8. Troubleshoot and debug electronic board issues using high-end lab equipment


Requirements:

    * Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or related field

    * 4-10 years of experience in high-speed electronics design with a focus on complex component density

    * Strong understanding of electronics and communications engineering principles

    * Experience with advanced tools like Orcad Capture/Concept HDL (Cadence Allegro V17.2 or higher)

    * Excellent collaboration and communication skills

    * Ability to train junior engineers and work effectively with cross-functional teams

    * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    * Familiarity with high-end lab equipment and DC-DC power supply design

    * Experience with high-speed interfaces design, memory interfaces, and FPGA-based board design


Preferred Qualifications:

    * Intel or similar high-end SoC design experience

    * High complex FPGA-based board design experience

    * DC-DC power supply design knowledge

    * High-speed interfaces design experience

    * Extensive design and validation experience of all high-speed interfaces, memory interfaces, and high-speed serdes interfaces
