Job Title: Site Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day activities of our service engineers.

About the Role:
  • Coordinate between employees and customers to ensure seamless communication and timely completion of tasks.
  • Take feedback from previous days' work and plan daily schedules accordingly.
  • Allot manpower on a daily basis based on callbacks received.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out annual equipment surveys of all elevators under your territory and plan repair schedules as a preventive measure.
  • Conduct National Inspection Standards (NIS) before taking over new construction and modernization jobs.
  • Conduct toolbox talks with employees to promote safe work practices and conduct fatality preventive audits.
  • Monitor and reduce callbacks, especially for top ten calls received.
  • Randomly check quality adherence to EH&S policy and practices.
  • Create safety awareness and ensure employees are working safely.
  • Ensure zero accidents or incidents.
  • Report incidents actively and participate in RQC safety meetings to review issues and progress.
  • Mitigate or control issues identified in the Risk Assessment JHA process according to assigned responsibilities and schedules.
  • Conduct EH&S inspection audits as per assigned quota and ensure completion of corrective actions within targeted completion dates.
  • Participate in incident investigations if necessary.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or BE in Engineering.
  • 5-8 years of experience in handling service in the elevator industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Assertive, proactive, result-oriented, and self-starter with confidence to handle high-profile key customers.
