Job Title: Site Operations Manager

The role of a Shift Manager is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our data center. This position is responsible for overseeing the overall operation and management of the data center, with the primary objective of meeting customer requirements and uptime targets.

This shift manager will be accountable for:

  1. Leading the shift team and ensuring timely execution of planned and unplanned activities
  2. Tracking complaints and closing deviations within SLA timelines
  3. Incident management and root cause analysis (RCA) with recommendations and periodic reviews
  4. Asset management, warranty, AMC, lifecycle, and capacity management
  5. 5 PPM tracking and completion with TAT, OEM collaboration, and 100% equipment availability
  6. Vendor management, RAT, and TAT on complaints, ensuring redundant equipment uptime
  7. Tracking and maintaining stock records according to BCP requirements
  8. Coordinating with CE teams for customer queries and submitting reports on time
  9. Maintaining 100% compliance with periodic trackers and physical security processes
  10. Preparing risk assessments and periodic validations based on incidents and RCA
  11. Updating inventories with capacity vs accompany vs balance on monthly bases, including customer details on rack inventory
  12. Submitting reports on time with agreed timelines
  13. Achieving 100% audit and compliance
  14. Demonstrating knowledge in HSE
Requirements:
  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree
  • Proven work experience in Data Center Industry (7+ years)
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in data center infrastructure
  • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
