Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of a construction project including timelines, budgets, and resources. They work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and construction workers to ensure that the project progresses efficiently and meets quality and safety standards.

Quality Control

The Construction Project Manager monitors work on-site to ensure that it meets quality and safety standards, as well as any regulatory requirements. They conduct regular inspections to verify work quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.

Safety Compliance

The Construction Project Manager implements and enforces safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment for all personnel on the construction site. They coordinate with the project team and contractors to identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies.

Resource Management

The Construction Project Manager coordinates with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently. They manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Technical Support

The Construction Project Manager provides technical guidance, resolves engineering issues, and makes decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques. They work closely with the project team and contractors to ensure that technical solutions meet quality and safety standards.

Site Documentation

Qualifications:

  • Education: BTech/ BE Civil Engineering or related field
  • Experience: 0 to 4 years experience in construction management
  • Skills: Proficiency in construction management, knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices, strong problem-solving and communication skills
