  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that projects are delivered successfully.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineers and designers to ensure that projects meet the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, computer science).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong technical expertise in software development, IT infrastructure, or data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
