Job Title : Senior Technical Lead .NET & Azure ImplementationLocation : Mumbai / PuneAbout the Role :We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead with 8- 12 years of expertise in .NET development and Azure cloud implementation. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, design scalable architectures, and ensure high-quality delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in .NET, Azure, and modern software engineering practices.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Azure cloud services.- Architect and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs with secure integrations.- Drive adoption of Azure DevOps practices including CI/CD, Git workflows, and automated deployments.- Ensure optimal data modelling, database performance, and integration with SQL Server and Azure SQL.- Implement containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes for scalability and maintainability.- Enforce security best practices including authentication, authorization, Azure AD, and RBAC.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality solutions.- Mentor and guide development teams, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.- Monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability and uptime.- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 8- 12 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework.- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure services including App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Azure SQL.- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development.- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.- Strong database skills with SQL Server and Azure SQL; expertise in database optimization and data modelling.- Knowledge of security protocols, identity management, and role-based access control.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
