Job Overview:

A high-impact Senior Technical Lead position is available in the Engineering team. This role will be responsible for leading complex technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with industrial standards and regulations. Implement preventive maintenance plans, scheduled maintenance, and corrective repairs to equipment problems.

Participate in reliability reviews of new projects. Execute infrastructure/civil work tasks in production plants.

Supervise change over operations for production equipment to improve productivity. Coach and motivate new team members.

Perform project HSE management and execute project safety stops/reviews.

Execute projects in alignment with key stakeholders. Apply state-of-the-art technical solutions according to compliance standards and HSE regulations.

Develop projects through their various stages of scope, definition, approval, and implementation. Obtain permits for maintenance/calibration/projects.

Execute work orders for maintenance/calibration as per method statement/procedure.

Document execution of calibration. Support building organizational culture in line with Sandoz values.
