**Key Position Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Unity Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# systems design, Unity development, and multiplayer game development.

  • As a Unity Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust and efficient multiplayer systems, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth game performance and functionality.
  • The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Unity's architecture, including its features and limitations, as well as experience with networking stacks such as Unity Netcode, Mirror, Photon, or Fish-Networking.
Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and performant multiplayer systems, including real-time and non-real-time components.
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to ensure seamless integration with other game systems.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, readable, and well-documented code that adheres to the company's coding standards.
Requirements:
  • Essential Skills:
  • 3+ years of professional Unity development experience, including shipped multiplayer features or titles.
  • Strong C# systems design skills, including pragmatic use of patterns and profiling.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more networking stacks (Unity Netcode, Mirror, Photon, Fish-Networking) and transport trade-offs.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with DOTS/ECS/Jobs/Burst for large unit counts or deterministic simulation.
  • Knowledge of security/anti-cheat fundamentals and protecting critical game state.
  • Familiarity with analytics-driven balancing and live-ops experimentation.
